New Software Update

All iPhone users will be happy to know that as of June 17th, the new software update for the iPhone 3G will be available for free. There are many improvements including Cut and Paste, the much anticipated Landscape Keyboard, MMS, Spotlight Search, Voice Memos, Improved Calendar, and Enhanced Stocks App.

Cut, Copy & Paste

Cut, copy, and paste text from applications. Select entire blocks of web text with a tap. Copy and paste images from the web.

Landscape Keyboard

Finally a larger keyboard in Mail, Messages, Notes, and Safari.

MMS

Send video, photos, audio, and contact info through MMS  .

Spotlight Search

Search the your entire Iphone using Spotlight to search all of your contacts, email, calendars, and notes, as well as everything in your iPod.

Voice Memos

Record voice memos with the built-in iPhone microphone or with the mic on your headset.

Improved Calendar

Use Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and CalDAV support to create meetings.

Buy Movies, TV Shows, and Audiobooks

You can now download movies,  music videos and audiobooks from the iTunes.

Enhanced Stocks App

At-a-glance information and view charts in landscape.

    I have an iphone and need it unlocked. I generally use the site mobile-unlocker.com but unfortunately they are unable to unlcok the iphone using an unlock code. Do you have ideas? Is it possible to unlock an iphone using an unlock code? Will the software update unlock the phone?
