From what I gather you have a phone already, which your daughter purchased for you and therefore only need service. Paying less than $15 per month with any of the carriers will be dificult to do on a post paid plan. It sounds like you are an ideal candidate for pre-paid service and although you might have to purchase a device first they are very cost effective and this may still work out better for you in the long run. When I was still working, I had a real cell phone that was nothing but a phone and I loved it; That is what I really want.
