iPhone 4 vs iPhone 3GS – my big purchasing decision.
When Apple announced the new iPhone 4 would go on sale in the US on June 24 and likely in Canada at the end of July, many people became excited about the prospects of having the latest and newest iPhone. There are many reasons to be excited about the newest iPhone, but for someone looking to purchase an iPhone should they automatically go for the 4 or are there reasons to choose the 3Gs? Let’s examine the pros and cons of getting the new iPhone 4 versus going with the current iPhone 3GS with the corresponding upgrades.
Canadian Review of the HTC Legend
Looking to upgrade your phone or perhaps try out the latest Android Smartphone by HTC, you might want to consider the HTC Legend. Now available in Canada on Bell and Virgin Mobile at a price tag of $79.95 on a 3 year contract or $399.95 contract free. However, if you live in Manitoba or Saskatchewan the Legend is not available due to network differences.

Samsung Galaxy S i9000
Samsung is gearing up for its mammoth simultaneous worldwide rollout of it latest Android Smartphone, the Galaxy S i9000, already available in Europe and expected later this month both in India and US. Canada is listed as one of the 100 + countries expected to get this device but chances are much later in the summer. It would not be surprising to see Rogers carry the Galaxy S as it has the network to support this quad-band GSM phone with tri-band 3G support.

iPad in Canada
With over 2 Million iPads sold in just 60 days I am starting to see what all the hype is about. The iPad is truly revolutionary! Apple does it again, first the iPhone now the iPad. Apple is changing the way we see and interact with the digital world. Reading a book or magazine will soon be a thing of the past, thanks to iPad and the way it makes reading fun and interactive. I can see this device popping up in every class room, in every school, in every grade. It just makes common daily activities fun. So how do you get one and what are the data packages
Well, it may not be that simple to just run to the Apple store and pick one up; many locations are sold out with wait times of up to 10 days! Review of Public Mobile Plans
Public mobile launched its network in Toronto on May 26th and is planning to launch in Montreal on June 25th. Unlike Wind Mobile, Public mobile won’t be launching a national wireless network; it will more likely concentrate in the urban centres like Toronto and Montreal.
