Peace of Mind Plans – Terms and Conditions

MyTerms Network Inc (MyTN) provides the following services for our client’s cell phone plans and devices:

  1. Regular bill analysis: Analysis involves reviewing each client’s bill on regular intervals including but not limited to discrepancies, errors in billing, alignment of current plan with existing needs, and overall usage patterns with an aim of recommending the right plans and features to satisfy our client’s needs.
  2. Regular troubleshooting with the client’s carrier to resolve any issues relating  service, service disruption, or recommendation of features, accessories, applications needed for the clients’ business. For example installing apps which backup and locate missing phones.
  3. MyTN will also safely Recycle old cell phones for its clients.

  1. Clients have no fixed term commitment and can cancel anytime providing 30 days notice
  2. Cell phone repair services, however, require a 1 year commitment because of third party agreements
  3. Client agrees to provide MyTN access to their bills for analysis.

Peace of Mind Plans Agreement/Terms and Conditions

Section 1. Services
MyTN will provide Client with the following support services for their cell phone plans and devices:
1.1 Regular bill analysis pursuant to Schedule A plans. Analysis will involve reviewing the clients bill on regular intervals including but not limited to discrepancies, errors in billing, alignment of current plan with existing needs, and overall usage patterns with an aim of recommending the right plans and features to satisfy our client’s needs.
1.2 MyTN will be available to troubleshoot with the client’s carrier any issues relating to service, service disruption, or recommendation of features, accessories, applications needed for the clients’ business.
1.3 MyTN will also safely recycle old cell phones for its clients.

Section 2. Term

2.1 The term of this Agreement will be either monthly or annually as specified in Schedule A and will be automatically extended by the agreed term (monthly or annually) unless no later than 30 days before any such extension, one party notifies the other in writing of its intention not to renew the Agreement.

Section 3. Fees
3.1 Client shall pay MyTN all fees (“Fees”) specified in this Agreement, as follows:
a) Client shall pay the monthly Fees as outlined in Schedule “A” at the beginning of each month following the Effective Date;
b) Client shall pay any other Fees as set out in Schedule A.
3.2 MyTN collects all Fees, pursuant to prepaid payment and MyTN will debit Client’s credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on the Effective Date and generally every month thereafter. In the event MyTN is unable to debit Client’s credit card, or otherwise is not paid in respect of Fees owed, in addition to any other remedies available to MyTN, MyTN will charge an administrative fee and late charges at a monthly compounded rate of 2%.
3.3 Unused services cannot be transferred or assigned by Client and all Fees are non-refundable. MyTN is under no obligation to waive applicable Fees paid by the Client to MyTN resulting from a Transaction Opportunity, in the event that the Client and User do not ultimately enter into a Transaction through no fault of the Client.
3.4 Upon renewal and at least thirty(30) days in advance of the end of the then current Term, MyTN shall give the Client written notice of any changes to Schedule “A”.

Section 4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Client shall be responsible for:
(a) Providing MyTN access to their bills for analysis
If necessary permission to act on the behalf of the client to make account changes;
