Just two short days after a leaked internal memo by Nokia CEO, and former Microsoft exec, Stephen Elop fuelled speculation that Nokia would be moving away from products such as Symbian and MeeGo in favour of the Windows 7 mobile OS an open letter from the two tech giants has confirmed just that.
